Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vehicle Financing Manager with a proven track record in growing loan originations for logbook loans and asset finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling a high-performing sales team, implementing efficient processes, and leveraging digital tools to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Loan Origination Targets: Successfully grow the teams loan originations to over 25m KES per month, utilizing effective sales strategies and market insights.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and scale teams of sales representatives and sales agents to drive portfolio growth. Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on motivation and achievement.
  • CRM Pipeline Management: Implement and manage a CRM pipeline to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions. Ensure the pipeline is effectively utilized for strategic decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement scalable processes to streamline loan issuance, from application to approval, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Digital Tools Expertise: Leverage digital tools and technology to enhance sales processes and gain a competitive edge in the market. Stay updated on industry trends and identify new tools for continuous improvement.
  • Motivation and Leadership: Maintain a highly motivated team through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a credit-related role, with a focus on logbook loans and asset finance.
  • Proven track record of growing loan originations to over 20m KES per month.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and scaling sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools.
